Not yet up on the ROH's Vacancies list - Lord Hall (who seems to have reverted to plain 'Tony') has just been appointed the BBC's new Director General.
He begins his new job officially in March, which doesn't leave the ROH long to find a replacement.
Given the recent cutbacks in public spending and the need to look elsewhere for finance, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see someone from the business world filling his shoes.
