Berlin Staatsoper have released a few Lohengrin rehearsal pics. They show a (surprisingly?) traditional-looking production, though of course costumes are only a small part of the story.

is this conscious panto-kitsch i wonder? hope you really enjoy the show: either way please post speedy report as i for one am dying to know what you make of it.
